We've just compared our customer feedback results with that of our industry peers in the outdoor activity business and we're feeling pretty good about ourselves. It gives us great satisfaction to see these results given all the hard work we put in over the year.  Thanks to all the customers who responded.

The results are based on customer feedback received from 1st January to 31st December 2011 using Dove.  Dove is a customer feedback initiative that is specifically designed to help tourism businesses & tourism groups to better understand their visitors & improve on their performance.  It's also an independent body, so we can't fiddle the results!!
