We know that if we are to continue to be a successful business we need to listen to what customers say to us.  For some time now we've been issuing customer satisfaction questionnaires after each booking that we complete, in the hope that we not only hear about what went well, but of course where we can improve.

Our year to date figures are looking pretty good so far, and although we will do a more detailed analysis of our feedback at the end of the year we thought you might like to see how things are shaping up.

In addition to our questionnaires our Trip Adviser reviews are also starting to increase in number - why not check them out too, they make for good reading!
